Here are the 5 steps to prepare for your Work Experience:

1. Print the Work Experience Participant Packet. Click here to download and print.

2. Watch the video below while you review the packet.  Once you have finished completing the packet, please return the packet to your Career Mentor. 



3. Complete the Work Experience Post Assessment Quiz.  Now that you have watched the video and filled out the paperwork, please take the quiz below to make sure you understood all the information.

4. Your Career Mentor will go over the Participant Handbook with you. This will be your guide should you have any questions.


5. Become familiar with the time sheet system. Each pay period you will fill out and submit your time sheets.  Click on the Time Sheets below to download and print. Time sheets must be faxed to (909) 481-3947 by 5 p.m. on the due date or they will be held until the next pay period.
