This special program is for youth between the ages of 18 and 24 who live in San Bernardino County and is funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Each qualifying participant is assigned a Career Mentor who is their personal mentor and guide through the process of identifying a career path, obtaining life skills and certifications, job placement and paid work experience. They also assist participants in enrolling in college and other post secondary training programs.

A Career Mentor will contact you within 2-5 business days after you submit your application to set up a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. Please bring your career assessment results with you to the interview.
Life Skills Projects
As part of the WIOA Youth Program, all participants are required to complete the listed Life Skills Projects with the guidance of their Mentor. As Employers in the WIOA program, you will work closely with our staff in monitoring the work experience of our program participants. It's a win, win!
