Career Coaching

Empowering individuals and corporate teams...

What is Career Coaching?

A Career Coach is someone who aims to help and empower you to make, meet, and exceed professional and personal goals. This includes excelling in the workplace, returning to school for an advanced degree, developing relationships, finding fulfillment at home, and exploring skills, values, and potential.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, career coaches provide you with the tools to set and achieve academic, personal, and professional goals. YOU are seen as the expert for your life and together we co-create an action plan.

What happens in a Career
Coaching session?

During a confidential one-on-one session, you and your coach explore relevant topics looking for insight, motivation, and solutions.

Topics can include:

  • Promotions

  • Job applications

  • Annual review

  • Returning to school

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • Loan forgiveness

  • Relationship issues

  • Retirement planning

  • Goal setting

  • Time management
