Empowering individuals and corporate teams...
What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who aims to help and empower you to make, meet and exceed professional and personal goals. This includes excelling in the workplace, returning to school for an advanced degree, developing relationships, finding fulfillment at home and exploring skills, values and potential.
By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches provide you with the tools to set and achieve academic, personal and professional goals. YOU are seen as the expert for your life and together we co-create an action plan.
What happens in a life coaching session?
During a confidential one-on-one session, you and your coach explore relevant topics looking for insight, motivation and solutions.
What is a lunch and learn?
Bring your lunch, meet other staff members, listen and participate in relevant topics for personal or professional development.
