Career Mentors
A Career Mentor is someone who aims to help and empower our participants to make, meet, and exceed professional and personal goals. This includes excelling in the workplace, returning to school for an advanced degree, developing relationships, finding fulfillment at home, exploring skills, values, and potential.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, Mentors provide our participants with the tools to confidently face difficult situations and become resilient for their future opportunities. Our participants are seen as the expert for their life and together with their coach, they co-create an action plan.

During a confidential meeting session, they and their Mentor explore relevant topics looking for insight, motivation, and solutions.
